This project includes a full package design of two apartment buildings and two commercial building shells totaling just over 46,000 sq-ft on a 4.336-acre lot. The project started with a civil layout of the lot and architectural concepts of all 4 buildings. From there, floor plans were laid out in order to work from the outside in to create structurally sound yet elegant looking buildings.
