Company Profile
Founded by Jim Dillingham, D&Z Structural Engineering, Inc. is a young but experienced firm. Clients find both of these traits to be of immeasurable value. D&Z is also a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE), which could help clients meet particular requirements on special needs projects. As a younger engineering firm, D&Z is open to innovative and creative ideas and designs. The founder has more than 16 years of experience in construction and design. This rounded experience allows D&Z to provide a cost-effective design, taking into account the contractor's needs while still meeting the requirements of their client. It is our goal to provide our clients with excellent service, clear and complete construction documents, quick responses to construction administration issues, and an experience that will keep our clients coming back. Jim Dillingham President Jim Dillingham is a licensed Civil Engineer and licensed Contractor. His construction expertise gives him the uncommon ability to design with the construction process in mind. Along with his construction experience, he has a Masters Degree in Civil Engeering with a structural emphasis. He has numerous design projects to his credit, and is currently acting president of both D&Z Structural Engineering and Dillingham Construction.
