This project includes a full package design of a new 7,270 sq-ft metal building on a 2-acre lot. The building includes a paved parking lot graded to tie into two adjacent parcels, both at different elevations. A new drainage system was designed to ensure all excess water was properly rerouted. The architectural design was created around a structural design atop a new properly sized concrete foundation.
